The ‘dating simulator’ style of this map provides a fun and interesting departure from your typical adventures.
NEGATIVES: I cannot find any faults with map, it is new, different and very interesting!

Any Mincraft player will not be dissapointed by this map because I personally think that it’s outstanding in length and difficultly and through the beauty and scope of the builds and through the sense of immersion and place that it imparts. It’s not just a fun map to play, its a unique and beautiful one too.

Even though this map is beautiful and quite big it could use a couple more parkour challenges. Think that you can take on this beast and jump around the city like Ezio? 5. To create a mystical and frightening atmosphere, play with 50% lighting!
6. Render distance must be on short or higher!
7. To avoid problems with the mazes provided, install Anti-Creeper!

Positives and Negatives!

Upon further inspection, I found that the story was a bit difficult to follow- You have to pay a keen attention to this map if you want understand it. The creativity and builds on this map are higher than average but detail is lacking. Although you die a lot, The Map itself isn’t too difficult. I do think however that this map IS WORTH a playthrough. Although the map is only available for 1.5.2 updates are immanent and fixes are regularly occurring! I hope you enjoy this map!

Ruins of the Dead Have you ever played Call of Duty Zombies?  I imagine most of you have at least heard of it.  Ruins of the Dead takes that idea in incorporates it into Vanilla Minecraft and does it extremely well.  You are the last hope against the barrage of undead, an army of stumbling putrescent dead.  A chosen hero,you, must summon the might to carve your way through the bone and gristle of the rotting and shambling death.   The battle against the zombie army takes place in a beautifully destroyed underground ruin, full of secrets, hidden chambers, intertwining levels, unlockable stages and safe house / rest areas.  You start each stage or wave and must survive while you scramble to survive, to upgrade and make it to the end boss, the massive, evil Zombie King!  This map also include an easy install feature and a reset feature for nearly instant replay value.  The high level of detail, extremely polished and well designed features makes this one of the best maps ever made for Minecraft Vanilla.

I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a fun, challenging and completely amazing survival map.  Ruins of the Dead is one of the best maps available for Minecraft, so check it out now!
